Since 2000, Peregrine Aesthetics Group (PAG) has been a trusted land-use and real estate valuation firm. Our scope of services includes residential real estate appraisal as well as economic impact studies. PAG serves Madison and all of south central Wisconsin.         

Thomas Kapper, the founder of PAG, is a real estate appraiser and an economist. He holds a Ph.D. in Land Resources from the Nelson Institute at the UW-Madison as well as M.A. and B.S. degrees in Economics. Previously he worked as an economist at the Illinois DNR.
